How to read this
In wrestling the finish is a booking decision, so an Elo rating here doesn't measure skill — it measures push: how often, and against whom, a wrestler is chosen to win. Everyone starts at 1500. Ratings update after every televised match (TV ×1.0, PPV/PLE ×1.5), with a higher K while a wrestler is provisional. DQs and no-contests don't move ratings. Tag and multi-person matches split the update across the team/field.
Boards are per-promotion: a promotion board lists everyone who has wrestled there in the last six months, ranked on the same unified ladder, with their home promotion shown when it differs. Local prototype — data generated from the match log, not a live feed.
